Covering the Front Desk for TD University
Delivering exceptional customer service
Previous receptionist/admin experience required
Managing phone calls and inquiries
Managing the boardroom schedule and equipment
Providing administrative support: typing, filing, photocopying, mailing
Multi-tasking and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent required
