Maintenance Staff (Part Time)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Staff member to join our team. As a Maintenance Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our public facilities and infrastructure.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.

Participate in seasonal maintenance activities such as snow removal, landscaping, and general cleaning.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete projects and tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude when interacting with the public.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and objects.
