Job Description

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to support their achievements in functional goals
Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Leverage research-backed methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living activities
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee comprehensive and holistic patient care
Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to promote continuous improvement at home
Observe and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the right path
Education

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved institution
Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and welcomed
Certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
Current NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
Skills
