Inventory Cycle Counters - NEEDED ASAP!!

We are urgently hiring a Inventory Coordinator in Miami! In this role, you will be responsible for tracking transactions across multiple locations, conducting inventory audits, and maintaining flawless warehouse records. If you have solid Excel skills, a methodical work ethic, and excellent communication abilities, we want to hear from you. Prior experience is required, and SAP knowledge is a major plus.

shift: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient coordination between warehouse, logistics, and internal team.

This role plays a critical function in managing stock integrity, resolving discrepancies, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate system data within ERP systems. The position requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage inventory processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.

This is a primarily on-site role with occasional travel required to support inventory management, audits, and operational needs across multiple locations.
