Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and develop specialized therapy strategies designed to support them in reaching their functional milestones.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based approaches to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide well-rounded, holistic patient care.
Educate Patients and Families: Instruct on therapy methods that empower patients and their loved ones to continue progress outside of a clinical setting.
Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment to ensure optimal progress.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported.
Required Licenses & Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT certification is mandatory.
