Kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Hold team accountable for quality, consistency, and upkeep of sanitization standards as set forth by company and state regulations.

Maintains highest levels of quality & presentation.

Accurately portions all orders to ensure low food cost.

Addresses and immediately corrects any practices that lower safety standards.

Kitchen experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
