Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Astra ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -Billingual to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children in the Cape Fear area of North Carolina. As a BCBA at Astra ABA, you will play a vital role in empowering young minds to flourish and reach their full potential.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BCBA to lead our ABA therapy teams and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficits, and needs of each client
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to address client goals and objectives
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in ABA and autism treatment
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Experience with ABA therapy and treatment planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
