**Direct the patient's clinical journey by performing comprehensive assessments that evaluate physical, psychological, and social health to ensure a holistic start to the recovery process.

• Design and evolve individualized care plans that align with the master treatment goals, ensuring every intervention is purposeful and responsive to the patient's progress.
• Lead therapeutic engagement by co-facilitating group therapy sessions and implementing evidence-based nursing care that helps patients develop vital coping and stabilization skills.
• Optimize treatment outcomes by continuously evaluating patient responses to care and proactively adjusting interventions to meet their changing clinical needs.

**Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
