Bar Server/ Bartender

Beverage Attendant

Prepare and serve beverages to guests and servers (food servers, cocktail waitresses).

Serve drinks in a fast, friendly and efficient manner

Keep the bar clean and organized

Direct beverage attendants

Correctly ring up drinks on the register and return correct change

Answer guest questions about the property and events

Ensure responsible serving only to guests 21 and older (carding, don't over-serve)

Ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service

Ability to move quickly up and down the bar

Must be able to run cash register

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol, in accordance with local laws

Use of electrical equipment and Infogenesis POS

Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures and union contract

Must maintain compliance with all state and local laws regarding proper alcohol service

Guest Service (Internal/External) Standards: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.

Performance Requirements: Must have the ability to provide internal/external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
