The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patrons, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to enhance the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements

Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times

Provide menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant and menu items

Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously

Support team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction

Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus
