Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Floating when needed, mileage reimbursement offered

The CERTIFIED Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

The CERTIFIED Medical Assistant provides an environment for safety; Provides patient care tasks and procedures and administrative duties (as appropriate). Demonstrates the development of the specific skills and knowledge required of medical assistants, effective inter-departmental interactions, and ability to follow department and system policies, procedures, and practices.
