Buyer, Senior (Full-time)

Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. On-site requirements up to four times per year in Middleton, WI. Help drive our procurement performance so we continue to exceed customer expectations.
Process complex purchase orders for supplies, general and specialized medical supplies, clinical supplies, medical equipment, and services.
Be able to work with end users, clinicians, materials management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) teams on discontinued, back-ordered, conversion and new products.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel being able to run pivots and do data analysis to share with contract manager for review.
Be able to support special projects as assigned.

Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Work Experience

~5 years purchasing and/or buying experience. Oracle Cloud or similar ERP preferred.

Certified Materials Resource Professional (CMRP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Preferred
