A premier health center in Burbank is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their outpatient clinic. You'll take ownership of clinical quality, patient outcomes, and the growth of rehabilitation programs that serve the local community. This is a full-time, direct hire role with Monday–Friday scheduling and no weekend commitments—new grads are encouraged to apply.

You'll lead the clinical and operational success of outpatient rehabilitation services. Planning, developing, and implementing rehabilitation programs that meet clinical quality and service excellence standards
Documenting and billing clinical services accurately to support financial viability
Monitoring customer relations and identifying opportunities for program growth
Evaluating employee performance and the effectiveness of ongoing rehabilitation programs
Ensuring all services align with customer and company expectations
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist license in California
