Undergraduate Recruiter

RecruiterWe are seeking a Recruiter to support and manage recruitment for common and mid-volume roles. This position involves talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with hiring managers. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake discussions through offer presentation, ensuring an organized workflow and a positive candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage recruitment for common and mid-volume roles.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other search techniques.Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and lead structured interviews.Provide hiring managers with timely, informed recommendations.Coordinate the recruitment process from intake discussions through offer presentation.Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.Track basic recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring needs.Support diversity and inclusion efforts by applying inclusive sourcing practices.Contribute to employer branding through clear job descriptions and professional candidate engagement.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree.Experience: Zero to five years of recruiting or closely related experience.Technical Skills: Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); proficiency with Boolean search techniques.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of experience.Experience in recruiting, ideally at both agency and corporate levels.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
