As a Mortgage Loan Processor , you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. While providing updates on the application process as well as collecting pertinent documentation from our members, you will also receive first‑hand knowledge and coaching in the world of mortgages.

We’re proud to have over 3,000 employees in mostly hybrid and 100% remote roles across the United States with hubs in Arizona, California, and Texas. We are strategically growing our teams with more work‑from‑home opportunities every day to better serve our members. This is a hybrid role with 90% of your time spent working from home, with 1‑3 days in our Tempe office each month. Complete specific data input based on documentation received into the Loan Origination System (LOS)

Manage a daily pipeline of approved loans (70‑80 loan pipeline)

Review borrower documents for completeness and enter pertinent data into LOS

Review credit profiles for completeness and eligibility

Track the receipt of borrower‑required documents and documents from 3rd Party vendors

1‑2 years of mortgage processing experience

Ability to handle high volume pipeline and stay within required SLAs

Availability to work Monday‑Friday from 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
