The Company You’ll Join Carta is the connected platform and AI-native ecosystem for private capital. Built to replace fragmented tools with a single system of record, Carta brings together the software, services, and legal infrastructure that founders use to manage equity, fund managers use to run administration and reporting, and legal teams use to close transactions. At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. As a Senior KYC Analyst in Inbound Compliance, you'll work to:

Uphold the regulatory bar across multiple jurisdictions. Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with AML, KYC, and applicable international frameworks across EU, UK, and US regulatory regimes, and make the call when something doesn't pass muster
Stay ahead of a moving target. Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations globally and apply updated requirements to daily work, ensuring Carta's compliance posture keeps pace with regulatory change and sharing insights with the broader team
