With electronic records, as well as digital x-rays, you will never have to worry about cumbersome paper patient records. Additionally, as dentists with our client, you will have a clear path forward in your career for both new graduates and experienced providers alike. Our client continues to be a leader in the dental industry with offices throughout Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin.Summary of compensation (varies based on location and experience):Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates!).Cash bonuses up to $80,000.Long term cash incentives up to $60,000.Full medical benefits (includes family).Sponsorship for H-1B, TN and Green Card available.$3,000 continuing education allowance per year (plus automatic enrollment in a program for mentorship, proficiency and advanced skills training).License reimbursement.Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.Deliver quality dental care to every patient.Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations.
