Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse functions related to pulling inventory and preparing it for shipment, loading and unloading trucks and containers, putting received inventory away, securing orders on pallets, moving pallets, and forklift operation.

Operate a forklift to move pallets and boxes

Unload inventory from trucks

Pull and stage inventory for customer pick up, delivery by truck, or other means

Assist with the inventory receiving process and inventory cycle counts as needed

Verify pick tickets with outgoing inventory

Support back up for UPS Shipping Station

Assist in preparing orders for shipping by truck or other means

On August 1st, 2022, Wesco acquired Hector Turf located in Deerfield Beach expanding our market to include from Vero Beach to Key West, including the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean Islands.

Competitive Salary – In addition to their base pay, employees are eligible for our company-wide bonus that is dependent on Wesco meeting our sales goals. We have met these goals every year for the past 10 years, the bonus is equivalent to 0-3 weeks of additional pay and is prorated for your first year. Employees in our Service and Operations departments are eligible for a monthly incentive program based on performance.

High School Diploma or GED required

Possess current forklift certification

Ability to read and speak English fluently

Ability to operate a forklift to move pallets
