Job Summary
PT Sales Associate at SMCP (Maje) - responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, building relationships, and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience with expert fashion advice.
Style clients with personalized wardrobe selections and full‑range product recommendations.
Build and maintain a client book, fostering long‑term relationships.
Encourage repeat visits through personalized follow‑ups and exclusive offers.
Share insights on collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
Guide clients through their shopping journey, ensuring a meaningful brand connection.
Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance.
Ensure stock is replenished and the store remains organized and inviting.
Drive sales, achieve personal and team goals, and support a thriving workplace culture.
Address customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
Provide solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fashion‑forward environment.
Passionate about styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Strong communicator - friendly, engaging, and skilled at building relationships.
Team player with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Adaptable and flexible to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting.
Social media savvy is a plus but not required.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
