Our client, a respected and growing business law firm in Northern Virginia, is seeking a Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join its expanding corporate practice.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with business clients on sophisticated corporate transactions while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial contracts, and other transactional documents.

Lead and coordinate legal due diligence for acquisitions and corporate transactions.

Manage transaction closings from initial planning through post-closing activities.

Advise clients on corporate governance and general business law matters.

Handle software licensing, technology transactions, and intellectual property agreements.

Work collaboratively with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Maintain direct client communication while delivering high-quality legal work in a timely manner.

D. from an accredited law school.

Experience drafting and negotiating transactional agreements.

Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
