As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative and growing team here you’ll gain exposure to a range of civil engineering projects. You’ll support planning and design efforts, contribute to technical analyses, and work alongside senior staff to deliver creative, people-focused solutions for our clients.

Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development.

Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks.

Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.

Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.

Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.

Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.

Maintain organized project files and design documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

Experience working in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, ArcGIS, or other relevant software.

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.

Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
