Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)

Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions in partnership with the case manager.

Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders that affect communication.

Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License.

Knowledge of individual development and human behavior in relation to illness/injury, and influence of culture on healthcare.

Knowledge of state and federal home‑care regulatory guidelines preferred.

Experience in home health care highly preferred.

Will complete a computer literacy and competency assessment before in‑person interview.
