DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts)

Direct Support Professional – Benton, AR (and other nearby locations). Provide assistance daily in clients’ homes and support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in residential settings, following a person centered service plan.

Motivate participants and promote community involvement.

Assist participants with budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and developmental goals.

use of personal vehicle may be required.

maintain care records and document provided services.

Conduct weekly food inventory as assigned.

Participate in physical activities, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Two (2) years working with developmental disability (preferred).
