Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and treatment.
Monitor patient conditions, interpret data, and document observations accurately and thoroughly.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and clean environment for patients.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient privacy.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
