Benefits: Psychiatrist

Salary: $250,000 - $260,000 base plus unlimited quarterly bonus incentives

Sign On: $10,000

Relocation: $10,000

• Team of 3 Psychiatrists, 3 PMHNP, 11 therapist
• Ability to demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with patients, families, co-workers, subordinates, supervisors, and other department staff.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times according to policies and procedures; uses discretion when discussing patient matters.
• Solid communication skills, including listening and the ability to demonstrate empathy, rapport building, and patience.
• Ability to provide crises intervention as needed
• EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI Note Taking

Background Desired: Psychiatrist

Must be a M.D. or D.O.

Must be board certified or board eligible.

Must be licensed or eligible for license in the state of West Virginia.

Must have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.

Must maintain licensure and comply with continuing education requirements stipulated by applicable credentialing boards
