Sea Mar is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.
Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation
Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs
Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA
Qualifications Active WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification required
High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)
Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Can be edited based on need)
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly
