Weekend Evening Bartender

Bartender-Special Event A country club in Cincinnati, OH is looking for Bartenders for an upcoming special event. Must have prior experience and be available for evenings and weekends. Must be available to work between Thursday May 14th-Sunday May 17th and attend an orientation on Friday May 8th. Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a talented and energetic Bartender! In this vibrant role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for guests in a lively environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling transactions efficiently using POS systems. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams during catering or banquet events to deliver exceptional service in diverse settings. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or banquet environments is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate measurement of ingredients. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
