Receptionist - Temporary 2nd Shift

We’re looking for a reliable, personable team member who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient and family.
Schedule This position offers a split-shift schedule designed to provide coverage throughout the day:
Early shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Late shift: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Provide exceptional customer service to children, parents, and families
Answer and manage phone calls and emails
Assist with daily front-office operations
Help create a smooth, positive experience from check-in to check-out
Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with children and families
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software
Previous customer service, dental, or scheduling experience preferred
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
