You will be working for our client, a full-service marketing agency that is data-driven focused on helping businesses accelerate growth through proprietary marketing databases and multi-channel campaigns. They offer services spanning email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, and CRM solutions, serving thousands of clients across B2C and B2B industries.

Own the full email marketing function, from campaign strategy and team oversight to deliverability optimization and performance reporting
Architect and deploy cold email campaigns, including list building, domain setup, DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP warming
Monitor sender reputation, manage domain health, and troubleshoot inbox placement issues across client accounts
Work across multiple ESPs and platforms including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign
Write or oversee high-converting email copy, including subject lines, preview text, body content, and CTAs
Design and run A/B testing programs across subject lines, send times, content, and segmentation
Hire, train, and mentor a team of email marketing specialists, setting standards and workflows for the department
3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with expertise in both cold email outreach and warm campaign management
- Expert-level proficiency with multiple ESPs, including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign
- Experience setting up sending infrastructure from scratch, including domain purchasing and DNS configuration
- Experience building complex automation workflows with conditional logic and behavioral triggers
- Strong copywriting skills and analytical skills, including experience building performance reports
- Leadership experience, with a proven ability to hire, train, and manage a team
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with AI tools for email marketing, such as copy generation, predictive analytics, and send-time optimization
