Caregivers No Experience Needed

Santa Lucia is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community involvement. This role offers the opportunity to engage in-home and/or community-based activities, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for those we serve.
What’s it like to be a caregiver at Santa Lucia?
Provide transportation and supervision
Plan and participate in community activities such as movies, bowling, zoo visits, car rides, or sporting events
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligibility after one year, with a 4% employer match.
~ Optional Medical Coverage: Customized Community Support Starting Rate: $19.15 per hour
Customized In Home Living Support Rate: $25.25 per hour
