Juvare helps our clients prepare, connect, and respond to protect people, property, and brands.As a Project Manager working primarily on Federal and Department of War projects, you'll put your leadership and project management skills into practice as part of our software implementation and technology services team. In this role, you'll take the lead on managing key projects to develop project plans; monitor project progress; and deliver software applications, training and documentation deliverables to clients. You will be expected to manage the scope, cost, and schedule to successfully execute contract deliverables for our clients while meeting all Juvare business and strategic objectives.Serve as the primary contact and advisor to multiple clients for software implementations and enhancement projects ranging from two weeks to continualManage scope, budget and go-lives, anticipating problems and complications, and facilitating mutually agreed solutions that preserve the schedule and budgetIdentify and proactively document execution, client, and resource risks, while defining and managing mitigation and avoidance plansTake accountability for bringing all project issues, conflicts, and decisions to successful closure while maximizing positive client impactInteract regularly with clients, managing expectations and communicating progressOwn financial responsibility for the project, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting resource costs and ensuring project performance is reflected accurately in revenue recognitionPartner with delivery leaders to manage resource load across the team, matching skill sets to client needs and ensuring teams have adequate skill sets to run autonomouslyWork closely with the Client Success and Sales team to ensure growth and retention of client accounts, while managing scope of current implementationsAssist the Sales and Client Success team with responses to Requests for Proposal and scoping new professional services workPartner with Product Engineering team on integrations and enhancements necessary to deliver scope of workOther duties as assignedQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree required4+ years technology project management required3+ years in client facing project management roles requiredActive Public Trust Security Clearance (or higher), or be able to pass a PTSC background checkClient project experience in one or more of the following industries: emergency management; federal, state, or local government; or transportationPMP or similar project management certifications a plus; if hired, will be required to achieve PMP within 12 months of hire dateSkills/ Knowledge Requirements:Firm grasp of project financial management and executive-level reportingKeenly adapt at clarifying, documenting, and facilitating the resolution of issues and conflictsDemonstrated ability to identify and manage project risks, including risk mitigation and contingency planningSituational Leadership skills preferredSuperior ability to handle stress and prioritize competing priorities and changing deadlinesAbility and willingness to travel 25% of time to client or internal company sitesExperience with Agile project management methodologies strongly preferredFamiliarity with NetSuite a plusWhat we offer:Health insurance.Tuition reimbursement.Person" or be otherwise eligible to access EAR covered materials through an EAR exception or license.
