Skilled in legal research tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, BloombergLaw, and AlphaSense.

Take ownership of assigned cases, ensuring all documents, deadlines, and communications are managed efficiently.

Maintain organized case files and reference materials for quick access and team collaboration.

Conduct legal and factual research using a variety of platforms and databases.

Review, cite-check, and fact-check legal filings and correspondence with precision.

Prepare and file legal documents in federal courts, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements.

Your research and document preparation contribute meaningfully to litigation strategy.
