Server
Server pay rate: $3.35 + tips. Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).
Red Robin isn't your typical burger restaurant. We're a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun!
You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. This role is a part of the front of house service team so, great customer service skills are a must. Flexible work schedules

Tips, referral bonus, employee stock purchase program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).

Retirement benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
