We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager I to join our healthcare team. Oversee daily nursing operations within the clinical unit to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and quality standards.
• Manage staffing schedules, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations to optimize unit performance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.

Work Experience
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing.
