Phlebotomist II - Troy, MO — Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (rotational weekends) Pay Range $18.92+ per hour, with potential for annual performance bonus compensation based on skills, experience, education, and certifications.

Responsibilities Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
Administer oral solutions according to training.
Research, verify and confirm all written and electronic orders using lab technology systems, client communication tools, and approved applications.
Navigate a computer to accurately enter data.
Obtain identification, enter billing information, and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing and preparing for transport as required by test order.
Perform non‑patient‑facing duties, including inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and managing email.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data as needed.
Maintain phlebotomy logs (e.g., maintenance and temperature logs) in a timely manner.
Complete all required online and in‑person training courses on schedule.
Qualifications Required Work Experience Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Flexible and available for staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record when applicable.
Required Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred).
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
The position requires effective communication in English.
