Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications required
Minimum five years of technical experience preferred
Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee nursing staff on the unit.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in a trauma level unit.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.
