Location: Hybrid 3 days per week (Denver or Charlotte office)

As a Talent Sourcer at Judi Health, you will play a critical role in proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for a variety of technical (e.g., software engineers, DevOps engineers, QA developers) and non-technical roles (e.g., clinical, operations, and corporate positions). Leveraging your expertise in research, creative sourcing, and networking, you will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure the company continues to attract the best talent.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high volume and niche roles for ongoing company needs.

Proactively source and engage passive candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social networks, and other relevant platforms, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.

Track and nurture candidate relationships through ongoing communication and personalized outreach.

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting.

Collaborate with recruiters, partnering with them closely to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS.

At least 3 years of experience as a Sourcer or in a related role (e.g., Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Excellent Excel and technical ability

Extensive HRIS experience, UKG preferred

Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, DevOps Engineers)

Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Remote, US Salary Range: $30 - $50 USD
