Mental Health Counselor Full Time Evenings

Type: Regular Full‑Time. As a Counselor, you’ll lead dynamic group therapy sessions and be a vital part of our member‑centered care teams. Lead 3–4 one‑hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence‑based curriculum.

Monitor member progress and document outcomes.

Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

Bachelor’s degree.

An active behavioral health licensure in the state of Kentucky, including but not limited to: LCSW, LPP, LMHC, LPCC, LPCC‑S, LPC, LCADC, with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.

Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.

EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.

Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.

Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9 pm as needed.

Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication‑assisted treatment (MAT).
