Clearance Material Handler
The Clearance Material Handler is responsible for maintaining warehouse stock and assisting in fulfilling orders. This role will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, staging products based on customer orders and assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. The Clearance Material Handler will work closely with the Unloading Team to ensure all merchandise is unloaded safely and carefully to avoid injury and product damage. All pieces must be placed on the unloading floor in the proper area for tagging. Load and unload delivery trucks, utilizing a hand truck as appropriate to make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
Offload onto the receiving floor to proper staging area.
Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; record location of inventory.
Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.

General understanding of warehouse or distribution center operations.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate various equipment including forklifts and cherry pickers.
Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.

Starting hourly pay at $18.00 - $20.00/hour (Based on experience)

Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the department, including availability for weekends as needed.

Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.
