Join our Deerfield Beach team and help us communicate the People's Trust brand through thoughtful, engaging, and effective design. What You'll Do
Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, presentations, and other agency materials
Create email graphics, website banners, social media content, and digital ads
Handle email campaigns directly to appointed agency partners
Develop customizable and co-branded materials for agency partners
Produce event materials, including banners, booth graphics, posters, and giveaways
Prepare accurate, press-ready files and coordinate with print vendors
Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Organize design files, templates, and digital assets
Manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
What You'll Bring

A strong digital design portfolio
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop
Experience with email outreach and marketing tools such as Constant Contact
Experience designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations
Knowledge of typography, layout, color, and branding
Experience preparing files for print production
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
Availability to work full time in the Deerfield Beach office
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry a plus but not required
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, and/or email marketing tools
Basic HTML/CSS, motion graphics, or animation skills
Compensation details: 23-30 Hourly Wage
