We're currently searching for qualified and reliable individuals to join our team for the Summer as Lifeguards for our community’s pool. As a Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and guests enjoying our pool facilities. Maintain constant surveillance of the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.

Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and promote a positive and enjoyable experience for all community members.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including checking water quality, ensuring cleanliness of the pool area, and communicate effectively with other lifeguards, reporting any issues to the property management and maintenance staff to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Must be present on-site and be able to move throughout the facility to address pool-related matters and meet with residents, staff, vendors and visitors.

Must be comfortable with exposure to varying environmental climates and circumstances.

Current lifeguard certification from a recognized training program.

Strong swimming skills and endurance.

Hourly pay rate: $18
