Wound Care Nurse (RN)
Work in a hybrid capacity, splitting time between patient homes and working from home
Innovive Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Wound Certified Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while collaborating closely with physicians, caregivers, and clinical leadership to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Develop individualized wound care plans in collaboration with physicians and the Wound Care Manager
Recommend wound care products and supplies based on patient needs
Coordinate and monitor wound care supplies and treatment plans
Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1-2 years of wound care experience required
• Experience with virtual wound care technology, including Minuteful

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
