Clinical Staff - NursingThe APP will extend the patient care and administrative services for UAMS physicians in both inpatient and outpatient settings. APP will be expected provide comprehensive health assessments, determine diagnoses, implement treatment plans, perform procedures, and prescribe medicines and treatments. The APP will also manage health issues for patients, independently or in collaboration with the designated physicians. The APP will work autonomously as well as in collaboration with a variety of individuals to diagnose and manage patient's health care problems; and will serve as a health care resource, interdisciplinary consultant, and patient advocate.
