Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for an experienced Nurse who is interested in transitioning to the ED specialty to participate in our Fellowship program that begins November 9th, 2026 . Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign on and relocation bonuses.

Emergency Room Nurse Fellow Responsibilities:

Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.

Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.

Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

A minimum ofone yearas a Registered Nurse.

Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Associate's Degree. If RN has an Associate's Degree, within 2 years of date of hire, they must meet with their nurse leader and conduct the following: 1.) License/Certification: Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN. Experience: candidates will possess 2 years of critical care / acute care experience.

Other : Proficient in English. Proficient computer skills required.
