Role: Litigation Attorney
Position Type: 12-Month Contract
Seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney to oversee a robust, high-volume portfolio of warranty and breach-of-contract disputes. You will act as the core bridge between internal business units and external legal teams to drive cost-effective resolution strategies nationwide.
Case Management: Oversee a large-scale warranty litigation portfolio from inception through resolution, collaborating closely with outside counsel.
Litigation Strategy: Review and refine pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Financial Analysis: Aggregate, analyze, and leverage cost data to build highly cost-effective litigation management plans.
Partner with technical and operational teams to coordinate final repair attempts and compile the necessary documentation to evaluate claims.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar.
Experience: 5+ years of active civil litigation experience, with a proven track record of handling litigation cases full-cycle at a high volume.
Prior experience handling warranty matters or a strong familiarity with state and federal lemon laws
