Part-time

Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California.

Demonstrated expertise in all core hygiene functions, including patient assessment, scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer dental software and operating digital imaging equipment.

Patient Care and Assessment: Warmly greet patients, update medical/dental histories, and perform comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.

Clinical Procedures: Deliver thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis), scaling and root planing, and selective polishing using hand and ultrasonic instruments.

Apply preventive materials such as fluoride treatments and dental sealants to protect teeth and support long-term health.

Radiography: Accurately acquire and develop high-quality digital dental X-rays, adhering to all patient safety and radiation protection standards.

Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques (brushing, flossing, home care) and the link between diet and oral health.

Accurately document all care, treatment, and observations in patient records, and collaborate on medical scheduling and workflow management.

Strictly implement infection prevention management and disinfection procedures, ensuring a clean, sterile workspace in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.

Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Structure: This is a professional position with a focus on specific days.

Hours: The shift runs from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM on workdays (includes a one-hour lunch break).

Every Thursday and the first two Tuesdays of each month is preferred, but we can be flexible and accommodating for the right candidate.
