Warehouse Associate Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Warehouse Associate Experience Requirements Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Warehouse Associate Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures. A Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse and distribution operations by helping move products accurately from receiving through final shipment. This position combines organization, physical capability, and attention to detail to support reliable supply chain performance. The Warehouse Associate requires strong teamwork, safe work practices, and the ability to perform a wide variety of warehouse responsibilities while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Successful candidates contribute directly to dependable warehouse performance.
