About Atomic Semi Atomic Semi is building a small, fast semiconductor fab.

It’s already possible to build this with today’s technology and a few simplifications. We’re building a small team of exceptional, hands-on engineers to make this happen. Mechanical, electrical, hardware, computer, and process. We’ll own the stack from atoms to architecture. Our team is optimistic about the future and we want to continue pushing the limits of technology.

Building it ourselves is better.

We believe our team and lab can build anything. We’ve set up 3D printers, a wide array of microscopes, e-beam writers, general fabrication equipment - and whatever is missing, we’ll just invent along the way.

Sam is best known for making chips in his garage, and Jim has been a leader in the semiconductor industry for the past 40 years.
We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll work with our fractional Head of Talent, Technical Recruiter, and our University Recruiter to execute the recruiting lifecycle end-to-end and play a crucial role in building the future of Atomic Semi. The ideal candidate can independently execute full life cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering skill sets at pace with minimal ramp, operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and G&A positions across the company in a fast-paced startup environment
Operate as a strategic hiring partner to hiring managers and executives that helps define hiring criteria, calibrate the role, and make confident hiring decisions
Review applications in Ashby (ATS) + source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry networks
Extend offers according to our compensation philosophy and policies
Lead and develop our university recruiting initiatives
2+ years of proven track record in technical recruiting

Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting
Experience with startup equity discussions and negotiations
