This role will encourage safe operations, while influencing decisions that improve the reliability and operability of our pipeline systems and will serve as a specialist in the field for meaningful organizational programs and initiatives.Leads the team in efforts to improve operability, maintainability, and reliability of existing assets within Operations; ensures all work performed is in strict accordance with policies and proceduresServes as a contact point for business development, commercial development, and operations; develops and maintains effective relationships with internal/external business partnersSupervises project activities of third-party project managers, consulting engineers, construction inspectors, and contractorsParticipates in planning, commissioning, and start-up of new and modified facilitiesSupervises the utilization of computer modeling and data analysis tools to aid in the evaluation, justification, and development of solutions to problems and/or opportunitiesProvides technical support to all functional departments as part of troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, optimization, start-up, and turnaroundsCoordinates workforce planning and career development for team membersManages costs through accurate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling with a focus on safety, high reliability, environmental and regulatory complianceOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university, a minimum of ten (10) years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry.Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Applications and PC skillsAbility to analyze, develop and implement process improvements, documentation and reportsExperience in three or more of the following areas: Operations, Design, Engineering, Project Management, Business Development, Construction, Environmental or Front-line SupervisionWhy Tulsa?
