Full job description
As part of the Subway Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:
Ensuring that great food is prepared & served
Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
Managing inventory and money control systems
Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
Being a team player
In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day-to-day will consist of: Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national health and food safety codes
Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring the restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window
Planning special events and promotions
As a Subway Team Member, you’ll have access to: Brand partnership discounts

PREREQUISITES Education : High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.Physical : Ability to work in any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
